1. Standard Delivery
Estimated Delivery Time: 10 to 15 days

All orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Saturday, from 9 am to 6 pm IST).

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 6 pm IST are processed on the next business day.

All packages are delivered according to the logistics partner's working days and schedule.

Stock items ship out within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted.

Large quantity purchases may add 5-6 business days to shipping.

Items may also be bulk packed.

Shipping charges are free for all products.

2. Return & Refund

Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Once the product reaches the head office and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.

After the refund request is approved, the processing time for the refund may take from 7 to 15 working days.

If the product is found to be tampered with or does not pass inspection, it will be shipped back to the customer without a refund.

If the product has any manufacturing defects and is reported within 15 days from the date of delivery, a full refund or an exchange for a new product can be issued.

The customer must bear the courier charges for returning the item.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method (account).
