GENERAL

The Products has to be used for specified HP rating, supply rating or any specifics as mentioned only.
The panel should be connected to Copper wires only from mains.
The panel should be used along with the correct rating of flat cable for motor(ISI brand)
The GSM unit does not include SIM and should be put by the end user only.
NOTE:- the GSM unit does not work with JIO sim .
Read the instruction manual for more information.

Warranty

Warranty applies to manufacturing defects only.
No warranty for burning.
No warranty for water damage.
No warranty for accidental damages.
No warranty for issues related to environmental damages( such as floods, rains, fires, high voltage wire short circuit or surge in current), or any damages that occur which is not related to the panel manufacturing defects.
Warranty applies for IKON product only and in no way is the company (ikon) liable for any damages other than ikon product only.

Shipping Policies

Once the order is placed the order will be shipped within 7-15 working days
The shipping time may be subjected to delays due to following reasons :- Government holidays ,Huge demand (or) shortage of stock

Return policies

The customer should ship the return product only after return request is approved.
To initiate the return request kindly share the photos of the product along with the reason of return to ikoncp@icloud.com.
The return request should be filed within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Once the return request is approved kindly ship the product to the address mentioned in the mail once it is approved

Note :- the shipping charges for the return of the product should be bared by the customer itself.

Once the product reaches the above mentioned address the product will undergo inspection and after the inspection is approved the refund process will be initiated.
Any faults or damages found that has been done intentionally by the customer will be liable to cancellation of refund process & the product will be shipped back to the customer.

Refund policies

Once the refund request is approved post inspection the refund will be credited back to the original payments within 7 to 15 working days.

In case of any change in payment method it should be informed via mail before the refund process in initiated.
Refund in cash is not accepted form of payment method and will be returned via online only

Terms & conditions for warranty

The panel should be used for the specified HP rating only.
The original bill for the product should be provided for warranty claim .
The product should be within the warranty time frame. Beyond which the product is not liable for warranty claim.
The panel should be connected to copper wires (multi strand) only from mains with the correct rating or gauge of wire with original wires only approved by ISI

- 7.5HP upto 10 HP :- 6 sq cable

- 12.5HP upto 20HP :- 10 sq cable

- 25 hp :- 16 sq cable

The panel should be connected to copper wires only from motor to starter(panel) with the correct rating or gauge of wire with original wires only approved by ISI

- 7.5HP upto 15 HP :- 4 sq cable

- 17.5HP upto 25HP :- 6 sq cable

Warranty does not apply If the panel gets damaged due to the following reasons :-

Damage due to natural calamities such as floods, earthquake, fires etc

Damage due to short circuit of main power line, short circuit due to wrong connection ,etc.

Damage due to accidental damage by the customer & No warranty for burning.

Note:- the warranty is applied against manufacturing defects only

The new Dealer applicant should be a minimum of 25km from any existing IKON dealer (Note :- can change based on location)

(Note :- the company has the final right to decide if to provide the dealership or not)

Disclaimer

The company (IKON CONTROL PANELS) is no way liable to any damages or anything except the product itself ,provided against manufacturing defects only and within the warranty period, and is not liable to anythings else whatsoever such as Burning of motor, cable ,fuse carries, crop failure, any other agricultural accessories whatsoever.
The product is not liable to any damages that the customer gets in the crop or anything else.
The company is not liable for any crop failures
The burning of motor & cables depends on the quality of the motor and cable and the products used and is no way linked to the starter(panels), hence the customer should ensure that they use quality products along with the panel.
